We own our own logistics fleet, so that we retain control from door to door
In the UK we operate a wholly-owned fleet to provide our clients with responsive, accurate, and efficient delivery services.
Internationally, we manage a proven network of logistics partners. These partners are managed by our in-house logistics team, to ensure they deliver to the same high standards we pride ourselves on.
By controlling our own logistics, we can remain flexible, and we pride ourselves on clear and open client communication when planning deliveries. We navigate site restrictions and multi-site drop offs, and our route planning with real-time tracking software means that we can let you know when our driver is approaching.
On our return journeys we collect waste packaging and unwanted furniture, bringing it back to our Recycling Centre, Sustain.
We have set an ambitious target to achieve Net Zero in our UK logistics operations by 2040
When it comes to vehicles and low carbon transport, our logistics department continues to invest. We have recently modified our existing fleet to improve aerodynamics. This includes using wheel alignment kits and tyre pressure alert systems to maximise fuel efficiency.
We have replaced diesel with HVO fuel, which has significantly lower emissions per mile, and by switching our company car fleet to plug-in hybrids or electric vehicles we have reduced our CO2 emissions from company cars by 40% since our 2019 baseline.
We can install, but we also work with our trusted partners
Our project mangers work closely with our own, and our dealer’s installation teams to ensure a clean project handover.
Snagging, (although rare), is rectified throughout the install and we work with care, respecting the need for a quick, quiet and tidy installation.
We take away all packaging, which is collected using reverse logistics and delivered back to our recycling centre to be used on other projects, or live on in other products.
We deliver to 6 out of 7 continents
From our North of England roots, we have grown into a business that can deliver globally
Although the beating heart of our operations will always remain in Lancashire, we now export to 165 countries. We supply to six out of the seven continents, (we just don’t deliver to Antarctica… yet). We have manufacturing facilities in the UK, Americas and Asia and 11 showrooms from London to Dubai.
Through our networks of approved and vetted dealer partners, we use proven shipping routes and have a regional product portfolio, for greater efficiency and scalability when completing international projects.
