We have a single source contract with the University of Manchester, through which we have been delivering both day-to-day requirement and capital projects since 2019. Major projects have included The Nancy Rothwell building, the largest home for engineering, and The Henry Royce Institute, the UK's National Institute for Advanced Materials Research and Innovation.

And what better subject matter to give budding designers a taste of a live client brief, than CoLab. CoLab is the outcome of Pearson Lloyd’s intensive project, exploring emerging higher-education models and informed by behavioural insights at the University.
