Remanufacturing is the process of restoring used products and parts to last and perform as close to new as possible. It differs from repairing in that it does not only focus on failed components, and from refurbishing in that it is more comprehensive, and less selective.

Why do you only offer remanufacturing of Senator Group products?
Restoring products to near-new performance involves knowledge and access to original materials and specifications. We cannot warranty our work on anyone else’s products with the same confidence, and nor can anyone else with ours.
How long does the remanufacturing warranty last, and what is included?
Our remanufacturing warranty ensures products perform as expected, for as long as advised. Its length and coverage uniquely reflect the works carried out, on a case-by-case basis.
What is the difference between refurbishing and remanufacturing?
Remanufacturing focuses on restoring and warrantying Senator Group products for near- new performance, whereas refurbishing is more consultive. An example of refurbishment would be a request to reupholster-only an office chair seat. Refurbishment of non - Senator Group products is also possible.
Can remanufacturing reduce our organisation’s carbon footprint?
Carbon emissions from the service only relate to the works undertaken and any parts replaced, avoiding the higher emissions of manufacturing new.
Is collection and re-delivery included in the price?
The price for any collection and re-delivery requirements will be included in your final quote.
