Salts Healthcare

The transformation was led by The Interior Design Practice, who worked closely with Salts to deliver a space that reflects the company’s values and supports modern ways of working. The new design moves away from traditional layouts and introduces a series of zones that encourage collaboration and creativity. 

A welcoming entrance sets the tone, leading into a fully catered canteen designed for social interaction. Meeting rooms and a multi-use collaboration hub provide spaces for focused work and team sessions, while open areas allow for informal conversations and quick catch-ups. 

Every detail has been considered. The design uses a neutral palette and natural materials to create calm, cohesive transitions between zones. Lighting, flooring and biophilic elements add warmth and texture, reinforcing a sense of wellbeing throughout the building. The layout prioritises flow, ensuring that movement between spaces feels intuitive and unobstructed. 

Furniture plays a critical role in shaping the experience. High-backed seating offers acoustic benefits for private discussions, while modular tables and adaptable layouts support a variety of tasks. These choices make the environment versatile - ready to host events, workshops or day-to-day operations without compromise. 

The result is a workplace that feels open, adaptable and grounded. It’s designed to last, with durability and sustainability at its core. Salts Healthcare wanted a space that could evolve with the business, and this project delivers exactly that: a modern environment that balances functionality with comfort, and innovation with heritage.
